When you send an inquiry, we process your name, email address, message and, where applicable, the reference of the artwork concerned. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and for related studio correspondence.

Inquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a specific inquiry must legitimately be kept longer (for example an ongoing acquisition), in which case the reason and duration are recorded.

The Subscribe form records your email address and the date of your request in order to send you occasional studio news, new works and exhibition updates. No message is sent automatically and no third-party mailing service is used.

Your details are kept while you wish to receive these communications. You may withdraw your request to receive studio communications at any time by writing to studio@armano.space. Withdrawal requests are handled personally by the site owner, who will then delete or deactivate your record.

This site uses a private, first-party audience measurement system. It records the pages viewed, an anonymous identifier kept only for the duration of your browsing session, and the general category of the site that led you here (for example a search engine or a social network). It does not record your IP address, does not use fingerprinting, and does not follow you across other websites. It is used only for the site's internal statistics and is neither advertising nor cross-site tracking.

Audience measurement records are kept for a maximum of 24 months. You may object to this measurement for this browser at any time using the control below.

This site sets no cookies on public pages. It uses your browser's storage only for: your language preference; an anonymous session identifier for audience measurement (which disappears when the browser tab is closed); and, for the site administrator only, the sign-in session of the administration area.

There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie-consent banner is required.

To protect the inquiry form against spam, the number of submissions per network address is limited. For this purpose, your IP address is immediately transformed into an irreversible code (a cryptographic hash); the original address is never stored. These security records are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest.

The site is hosted by Lovable Labs Incorporated (United States); the Cloudflare network ensures content delivery and security on the host's behalf. The database itself is located in the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). Your data is never sold and never shared with advertisers. Links to social networks are simple outbound links: no information is transmitted to those platforms unless you click on them.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as the rights to object to or restrict its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to studio@armano.space.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, cnil.fr).

Access to personal data is restricted to the site administrator. Connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS) and access rules are enforced at the database level.
